At AngelHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. We offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure you can try our Premium features with confidence.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with Premium within 7 days of your initial purchase, we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked.

2. Free Plan

Our Free plan is completely free, forever. There are no charges, so no refunds are applicable. You can use AngelHub's core features indefinitely at no cost.

3. Premium Subscription Refunds

3.1 Initial Purchase (7-Day Guarantee)

If you subscribe to Premium and are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to:

  • First-time Premium subscribers
  • Both monthly and annual billing plans
  • Requests made within 7 days of the initial charge

3.2 After the 7-Day Period

After the 7-day guarantee period:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges
  • Annual subscriptions: No prorated refunds, but you retain access until the end of your billing period

3.3 Renewal Charges

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to be charged:

  • Cancel before your renewal date
  • We send reminder emails before renewal
  • You can manage your subscription in account settings

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period:

  1. Email us at support@angelhub.app
  2. Include your account email address
  3. State that you'd like a refund

We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time:

  • Go to Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Manage Subscription"
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"

When you cancel:

  • You retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period
  • You won't be charged again
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan
  • Your data remains safe and accessible

6. Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse
  • Repeated refund requests (more than one per user)
  • Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at support@angelhub.app. We're happy to resolve any billing concerns directly.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
